Care management for Early Childhood (cmarc)
Care Management for Early Childhood (CMARC), previously the CC4C Program, provides case management for children from birth to 5 years of age who may need additional support. The goal of CMARC is to work with families to identify specialized support services for themselves and their children. The program offers resources, support, and the coordination of services for children. It enables each child to develop to the best of his or her potential.

Care Management For High-Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP)
Care Management for High Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP), previously the OBCM Program, provides case management for individuals who are pregnant or in their postpartum period. The goal of CMHRP is to help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. The program offers resources, support, and the coordination of services for pregnant or postpartum individuals. Care Managers help to ensure you receive the best possible care while you are pregnant and after you deliver your baby.
