NUTRITION
The Jackson County Department of Public Health has a Registered Dietitian on staff to provide nutritional diagnostic, therapeutic, and counseling services to patients. With a physician's referral, a patient can receive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for conditions such as Hyperlipidemia, obesity, diabetes, renal disease, and malnutrition.
