Plans shall be submitted for review according to approved guidelines (hyperlink).

Completed packets should include a sketch drawing or architectural plans of the layout of the kitchen, menu, completed Plan Review Application, and payment.  Environmental Health staff have 30 days from submittal of a complete packet to receive an approval.denial.
