Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are available to school age children for a minimal charge. Parental permission is required for all clients. The appointment includes:
Patient history
Physical exam
Height and weight
Vision and hearing screening
Immunizations
Referrals, if necessary
School Health Assessments
School Health Assessments are available to all students entering NC Public Schools for the first time. The appointment includes:
Patient history
Complete physical
Vision and hearing screening
Immunizations
Lab work, if recommended
Referrals, if necessary
