Diabetes Prevention Program is a year-long lifestyle intervention program to help you making lasting changes to lose weight and reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes. This program will be held weekly on Thursdays, beginning on January 14, 2016 and lasting until April 28, 2016, from 5:15- 6:15 PM in the Conference Room at the Health Department. Get back on track after the holiday season! Program is $125 with a $25 reimbursement upon program completion. Scholarships are available, based on need. Call 587-8288 to register.
