Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less Class Ends

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a 15-week weight management program for adults that uses evidence-based strategies that work.  This program will be held weekly on Tuesdays, beginning on September 8, 2015 and lasting until December 15, 2015, from 5:15- 6:15 PM in the Conference Room at the Health Department.  Learn strategies to help you manage your weight through the holiday season!  Program is $25 with a $15 reimbursement upon program completion.  Call 587-8288 to register.
